Park in the carpark to the east of the trestle bridge (i.e. Wonthaggi side of bridge) and head to the western end of the carpark, then follow the sandy path towards the creek for 40 metres, then head down to the creeks edge (i.e. to the grassy bank).

Land Use

Coastal reserve, with land on the northern (inland side) of the Hwy consisting of crown waterway reserve (i.e. the estuary), residential and grazing land.
