  • Dark discharge out around mouth & to east along shoreline
  • Longshore drift entering channel upstream rocks & being crossed over by waves from south
  • Greatly increased sand build up at mouth -channel width reduced with flow only between rock & cliff
  • Ocean beach horseshoe shaped, wide with gentle slope to sea
