Notes
- Observed a plume of black sediment after the weighted rope hit the bottom of the estuary. It smelt rotten too.
- An oily film of iron loving bacteria could be seen on the surface of the water.
- Observed iron tinted water upstream of Coalmine Road. There was also black ooze on the bottom.
- top pH upstream of Coalmine Road was 3.26
