Mass scarping at the creek, rounded towards the sea, possible wind influence as well as wave?
25 Sep 2012 Approved Notes: The primary dune on the west side of the estuary has dropped even further away than the previous observations on the 11.07.2012 and the mouth of the estuary is at least 20 meters wider that it was in June 2012 when we did our first practice observations with Rose.

The interesting thing about September is that the mouth has been opened manually as a bridge is being constructed further up the creek to assist people to reach the beach. Before the bridge they had to walk along the side of the creek and the edges were getting eroded and plants damaged. The creek mouth was opened manually - well by machine) for 4-5 days. It closed every high tide.
The mouth has also moved considerably to the east
